Landratsgarten

Saarburg

On the way between the waterfall and the castle complex lies a hidden gem - the County Garden. Surrounding the Belvedere Tower, which was built at the end of the 19th century, are several terraced gardens with seating areas. Here, one can rest, relax, and let their gaze wander over the historic walls that once belonged to the castle's manorial house, stretching out into the distance. The special feature is the 360° panoramic view of Beurig with the pilgrimage church of St. Mary, the castle complex, the Saar River, the old town with the Leuk River mouth, as well as the vineyards.
