After-Work Wine at the meeting point for all wine lovers: The wine stand at the Saarburg riverside!

In the pavilion above the ship landing site, winemakers from Saar and Obermosel present their wines. Every month, the winery changes and there is a new wine offer. Additionally, non-alcoholic drinks, ice cream, and delightful snacks that match the wine are offered.

October: Winery Peter Greif, Tawern-Fellerich

Opening hours from April to October:
Friday: from 3:00 p.m. until it gets dark.
Saturday, Sunday, and on public holidays: from 12:00 p.m. until it gets dark.

The garage winery, SaarWeinGut Peter Burens, was founded in Saarburg in 2015 and grows wine on just 0.7 hectares. He learnt the tools of the trade from the bottom up, starting with an apprenticeship and then completing a business management course. He graduated as a state-certified master winemaker in 2016 and has been supported by his wife Eva ever since.
