Club of the Month at Saarburg Wine Shore

Regional clubs present themselves at the Saarburg WineUfer – the meeting point for all wine lovers in Saarburg.

In the pavilion above the boat dock, wineries from Saar and Obermosel present their wines, changing monthly.
Additionally, non-alcoholic beverages, ice cream, and delightful snacks that complement the wine are offered.

The Traffic and Beautification Association manages the serving of wines from the Dr. Wagner winery from Saarburg.
This presents a special opportunity for visitors: they can not only enjoy regional wines but also get to know the association, its work, projects, and activities better.

Opening hours from April to October:
Friday: from 3:00 PM until it gets dark.
Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays: from 12:00 PM until it gets dark.

The garage winery, SaarWeinGut Peter Burens, was founded in Saarburg in 2015 and grows wine on just 0.7 hectares. He learnt the tools of the trade from the bottom up, starting with an apprenticeship and then completing a business management course. He graduated as a state-certified master winemaker in 2016 and has been supported by his wife Eva ever since.
