Saarburg

Saarburg - a waterfall roars in the heart of the town! Saarburg is located in an arc of the Saar River, nestled between vineyards and forests, in the midst of the charming cultural landscape of the Saar-Obermosel holiday region.

Viewpoint Galgenberg

Wiltingen

Fantastic view from Schoden over Wiltingen and Kanzem, to the narrow curves of the Konzer Kupp and all the way to Konz. The view down over the extreme steep slopes of the Wiltinger Hölle vineyard and deep into the Saar valley is dizzying.

Signposting: from the centre of Konz-Kommlingen, follow the signs to Galgenberg.

Naturschutzgebiet Wiltinger Saarbogen (1)

Wiltinger Saarbogen nature reserve

Wiltingen

The Wiltinger Saarbogen is the only section of the Lower Saar that is still largely natural and has been designated a nature reserve due to its extraordinary importance for the protection of species and biotopes.
