The city of Konz invites you to an art walk through the city center of Konz with Winfried Manns.
Participants will learn interesting facts about the history behind the artworks in Konz and the surrounding area!

The town hall, built in 1951, dominates the market square and its details are reminiscent of the baroque official buildings of the Electorate. This is the seat of the Konz municipal administration.

The newly designed Saarufer in Saarstraße in Konz is a lovely meeting point for everyone and invites you to linger.

Marketplace

Konz

The market square is the centre of the town. A striking feature is the large fountain made of polished granite, whose lively water movement varies in many different ways. The fountain has the function of a water feature and invites visitors to cool off on sunny days. The Constantine base is a replica and was produced on the occasion of the Constantine exhibition in Trier in 2007. The original is in the Capitoline Museum in Rome. A fruit and vegetable market is held on the market square on Saturdays.
