Forest bathing - Arrive - Immerse yourself - Recover

The multi-generational house offers an afternoon of relaxation and connection with nature.
Participants dive into the healing power of the forest and discover how nature can strengthen resilience. In mindful exercises and breathing techniques, the calming atmosphere of the forest is experienced, and the senses are rediscovered. Simple methods also show how to remain strong in challenging times and deal with stress more calmly.

The event is free of charge and lasts two to three hours (weather permitting).

The meeting point is at 2:00 p.m. in the parking lot at the Kammerforst campsite in Saarburg-Beurig.
Sturdy footwear, weather-appropriate clothing, and a drink are advisable.
