Waterfall Tour: Saarburg - Leukbach Waterfall - Schoden and back

Starting from Saarburg, you first paddle into the Leukbach until you reach the waterfall in the old town of Saarburg. Afterwards, you only go downstream on the Leukbach and then continue on the Saar to Schoden. After a short break at the weir, you return to the starting point in Saarburg. The tour has a total length of approximately 7 km and takes about 3 hours including breaks.

Backwater Tour: Schoden - Saarbogen - Kanzem and back

You paddle from Schoden directly into the nature reserve of the Saar backwater. This area captivates with its wonderful landscape between the vineyards. Some small rapids make the tour quite varied and is therefore more suitable for advanced paddlers. After about 5 km, you reach the well-marked portage point, which means the end of the backwater and the access to the Saar Canal, where it is again approximately 2.5 km back to the starting point. The tour has a total length of about 7.5 km and takes approximately 3 hours including breaks.
