Winery Greif

Nittel

The centerpiece of the estate is a vaulted cellar made of limestone with old oak barrels. The sparkling wine is fermented in the bottle using the traditional method and is hand-riddled. The Winzerhof Greif cultivates primarily the traditional grape variety of the Upper Moselle, the Elbling. Additionally, Rivaner, Riesling, Kerner, Ortega, as well as red and white Burgundy wines are grown. The former pressing house of the winery houses a cozy wine tavern, which invites visitors not only during the summer months. Conclude an eventful day of vacation with a wonderful glass of house-made Moselle wine and enjoy delicacies from the winemaker's kitchen such as tasty soups and appetizers, juicy rump steaks, fresh salads, and a small ice cream menu for a sweet ending. The homemade Flammkuchen, which is freshly baked for you in the open kitchen of the wine tavern, is particularly popular. Relax in one of the comfortable holiday apartments and suites.
