Concert Achtung Baby

Named after the seventh studio album of their role models, ACHTUNG BABY takes concert-goers on a journey through the over 40-year success story of the four Irishmen from Dublin.

Reflecting the enormous multimedia show that brought U2 the top spot as the world's most successful band in the concert scene, ACHTUNG BABY is occasionally supported by a specially created video show.

The primary concern of the four U2-obsessed musicians from ACHTUNG BABY, all of whom grew up with the sound of U2, is and remains to convey the feeling, the sound, and the soul of the music of the four Irishmen. Of course, concert-goers will also be offered many other great hits from "One" to "Where The Streets Have No Name" to "With Or Without You" in an emotional and "close-up" manner.

Tickets are available for €31.80 at the tourist information centers in Konz and Saarburg!
Children up to 5 years have free admission.

The Wiltinger Saarbogen is the only section of the Lower Saar that is still largely natural and has been designated a nature reserve due to its extraordinary importance for the protection of species and biotopes.

Viewpoint Galgenberg

Fantastic view from Schoden over Wiltingen and Kanzem, to the narrow curves of the Konzer Kupp and all the way to Konz. The view down over the extreme steep slopes of the Wiltinger Hölle vineyard and deep into the Saar valley is dizzying.

Signposting: from the centre of Konz-Kommlingen, follow the signs to Galgenberg.

Wine Stand Wiltingen "Wednesdays at the gaas"

Wiltingen

From April to October, the Wiltinger wine stand "mittwochs up der Gaas" opens every second Wednesday of the month. Wines from various Wiltinger winemakers are offered on the village square. The wine stand opens at 4 PM until open end in (almost) any weather.

From the 3-sculpture view you have a dreamlike view over the Saar valley near Schoden and Wiltingen. In the distance you can see the "Mercury" on the Goldberg in Wawern, the "Fire Jump" on the banks of the Saar in Wiltingen and the sculpture "Pasaggio Animato" on the Galgenberg in Wiltingen.
