Our Classic Tour takes you comfortably from Saarburg through the picturesque Saar towns of Biebelhausen, Kanzem, Wawern, Ayl, and Schoden. At selected biker stops (including the vineyards and wineries of Peter Mertes and the Weinhof Herrenberg), you will sample sparkling fruity sparkling wines and characterful wines. The highlight: A lunch break above the legendary Ayler Kupp with Linden's winemaker snack and wines from the VDP.Winery Peter Lauer. Along the way, you will learn interesting facts about geology, terroir, and wine culture, before the pleasantly easy tour ends at Saarburg train station.
