Since 1986, Otto Minn has been running the family-run winery in the lower Saar valley, which is characterised by its steep slate slopes and the meandering river.
Business hours
The vinotheque is open on Saturdays from 15:00-18:00. The wines and other products are also available in the Klostermühle restaurant during regular opening hours.
