Warsberg walking trail

Saarburg

Two-kilometer-long barrier-free walking path to the Ferienpark Warsberg with several seating and rest areas inviting you to linger.

100 meters behind the mountain station of the Saarburg chairlift, the path begins. The highlight of the tour is the viewpoint in the middle of the path, from which there is a beautiful view of the Saar-Hunsrück Nature Park. At the end of the walking path, a cross-regional hiking trail network connects, leading for example to the viewpoint Kreuzberg, the chapel St. Lambert, or Ayl. The destinations can also be combined as a circular hike.

Why not combine your outing with a ride on the Saarburg chairlift! During the 700-meter-long ride between the town of Saarburg and the mountain station on the Warsberg, you can enjoy wonderful views of the Saar Valley. An elevator is available at the chairlift mountain station. Wheelchair users must be able to sit independently to use the chairlift.
