Days of the open wine cellars in Ayl

The Ayler Kellertage invites you to discover the new vintage 2025 right where it is produced.
Four wineries open their courtyards and cellars and present fresh Saar wines in a special atmosphere.

Throughout the wine village of Ayl, visitors can expect a delightful weekend with culinary specialties from the winery kitchens, diverse wine events, as well as live music and DJ sets into the evening hours.

In between historic courtyards, open cellars, and the vineyards surrounding Ayl, there is the opportunity to personally meet the winemakers, experience the variety of wines, and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the village.
