Saarburg Christmas Market

Between the festively illuminated Buttermarkt and the waterfall, the Saarburg old town invites you to a unique, colorfully lit Christmas atmosphere on the 2nd and 3rd Advent weekends.

Market stalls offering regional mulled wine, culinary delights, handicrafts, and local products line up around the glowing Christmas tree above the Leukbach and the illuminated Buttermarkt. Free city tours, walking acts, St. Nicholas, music and children's programs, as well as performances by associations and ensembles provide a festive entertainment.
