Winery Stefan Müller

Riesling, as the queen of white wine varieties, makes up about 80% of the vineyard area. In the production of the wines, Stefan Müller places great importance on quality and handcraft. Special attention is given to the old vines, which are preserved out of conviction. In the vineyards, herbicides and synthetically produced fertilizers are generally avoided. During the harvest, meticulous sorting is done to bring only the best quality into the cellar and to avoid any treatment and fining agents. Fermentation is exclusively done with wild yeasts, in traditional Fuder barrels or in stainless steel tanks.
