The Riesling represents about 90% of the yield area. An additional 10% is planted with noble Pinot Blanc. The top location is the Altenberg with its light slate soil. The best Riesling wines are vinified in wooden and stainless steel barrels. In addition, the Weidert winery also offers you excellent sparkling wines in the flavors brut and extrabrut. Noble spirits and a top-quality brandy complete the assortment.
The Weidert winery is happy to welcome you for a comprehensive wine tasting by appointment. The development, care, and bottling of the wines are kept in-house. A special specialty is the dry Saar Riesling wines.
