Hat conversation in the Straußwirtschaft Hutmacher

In the cozy distillery Hutmacher, participants experience a special wine and spirits tasting.

The "Hat Discussion" is a demonstration distillation in a cozy distillery atmosphere, taking place between December and February. It shows how fine spirits and distillates are created and what role the heads and tails play. A wine and spirits tasting, as well as a pomace menu, with pomace meat prepared directly in the copper kettle, rounds off the experience. The master distiller conveys knowledge and passion for the art of distilling and explains why the event is called "Hat Discussion".
