We warmly welcome you to our Culinarium in Nittel. Culinarium means for you: eating, drinking, and sleeping – feeling comfortable and enjoying. You can find all of this in our small-style restaurant, in our guesthouse, and in the cooking school. Geographically speaking, Nittel is located between Trier and France, exactly in the middle, directly on the Moselle River. Since April 2006, we, Carina and Walter Curman, have taken charge of the culinary area of the Matthias Dostert winery. Together with our team, we want to pamper you and provide you with a pleasant, relaxing time in our establishment.
