Cantzheim's long table in the tradition of the “Table d'Hôtes”

Long Table by the Fireside - November 13 with Gunther Hiestand.

The Long Table in the Cantzheim guesthouse is already a tradition.
On Friday, November 13, at 7 p.m. we will enjoy a menu together in the West Salon of the old manor house by the flickering fireplace. The table will feature self-created winemaker's cuisine in three courses.
This year, Gunther Hiestand from the Hiestand Winery in Rheinhessen will visit.
Together we will pair our wines with the menu and allow plenty of space for anecdotes and lively exchanges.
The table is part of the event series Maxime Herkunft Mosel goes Gastro.

Price: 98.00 € per person including amuse, 3-course menu, 8 wines, water and espresso.

The Maxime Herkunft Mosel e.V. association is an initiative of emerging wineries along the Mosel, Saar and Ruwer, which have come together with a clear vision:
Every member commits to contributing their part to continuously sharpen the wine quality and origin identity of their wines. An environmentally friendly and sustainable management of the vineyards to maintain wine quality is a special priority for each member.

The members stand for wines with origin, character and quality that set standards and represent our region outstandingly. As an independent association, the club works in trust with state institutions and other associations.
