Sweet new wine & onion pie hike

Experience the southern Mosel in a delightful and informative way:

Together with the cultural and wine ambassadors Alfred Strupp, Hellen Meijer, and Thomas Fickert, you will explore the idyllic wine landscape, taste the wines where they are created – directly in the vineyard – and learn exciting facts about viticulture, the region, and its history.

Itinerary
We start at 11:00 a.m. at the winery in Palzem with a sparkling wine reception before we begin our approximately 8-kilometer hike.
Our cultural and wine ambassadors will accompany you on an exciting tour through the vineyards, partly along the Moselsteig. The hike leads along paths and meadows to the Wehrer Rosenberg, where a short ascent via ladders is rewarded with a stunning view over the Mosel landscape.
Along the way, you will taste selected wines and fresh Federweißer directly in the vineyard. You will also enjoy hearty onion cake.
For participants who do not wish to drink wine, non-alcoholic alternatives will of course be available (please inform when booking).
Around 4:00 p.m., the hike ends again at the winery.

Notes
Please bring sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate clothing – we hike in (almost) all weather!
Distance: about 8 km over paths, meadows, and short ladders at the Wehrer Rosenberg.
Price: 64.00 € per person.
Included in the price: sparkling wine reception at the winery, wines (or non-alcoholic alternatives), Federweißer, water, and onion cake.
