Lesecafé mit Lesung

The initiative for home and culture Wincheringen invites you to the reading café at Warsberghaus and tower starting at 2:30 p.m.

With fragrant coffee, homemade cake, and other beverages, visitors can browse through affordable second-hand books, perhaps discover a new favorite book, and engage in conversation with one another.

Even little book lovers will get their share: starting at 3:00 p.m., there will be interactive activities and a children's tombola with great prizes related to reading.
All children who participate will also be allowed to choose a book from the book collection.

A special highlight awaits the guests at 5:00 p.m.: Alexander Bollmann will read from his book “Nicht meine Aus-er-guckte.” The author, born in 2002 and an Asperger autist, completed the story in 2025. It combines an imaginative “what-if” story with personal memories and thoughts about school, growing up, and relationships.
