Winery Biewers

The winery currently cultivates a vineyard area of around 13 hectares – a large part of which is traditionally planted with the grape variety Elbling. To diversify the offerings, the selection of grape varieties has been steadily expanded in recent years and now also includes the regionally typical Elbling as well as Weißburgunder, Grauburgunder, Auxerrois, Müller-Thurgau, Spätburgunder, and Dornfelder. The old saying "Wine is made in the cellar" has not been true for a long time: The journey to a good wine begins long before it matures in the barrels. Therefore, Michael Biewers invests a lot of work, time, and passion into caring for the vineyards. This ensures that the grapes reach their maximum ripeness before they are harvested. The further wine development is carried out as gently as possible to preserve the special potential of the vines all the way to the bottle. The Biewers winery also hosts family celebrations for you. In the wine shop, from a minimum of 20 to a maximum of 80 people, if desired with a customized menu or buffet and wine recommendation. Exclusive wine tastings are offered for groups starting from 10 people. Bread or snacks, such as cold platters, are optionally provided. Celebrate spring & summer festivals as well as the Törggelefest (harvest festival according to South Tyrolean tradition) at the Biewers winery.
