The holiday apartment and studio house is located in the quiet, idyllic heart of Kanzem, directly on the Saarrad hiking trail. It was built until 2022 and has 3 floors. The ground floor includes studio and exhibition/seminar rooms. On the 1st and 2nd floors, there are 2 apartments each.

The small apartments are designed for 2 people, while the larger ones can accommodate up to 4 people. A "large family" also has the option to book an entire floor. The apartments are bright and have plenty of daylight. The furnishings are high-quality, modern, individual, and very cozy. TV and private WLAN are standard. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The panoramic windows of the large apartments also offer a view of the Saar and additional unobstructed sight of the vineyards of Kanzemer Altenberg.

Each apartment includes a parking space directly in front of the house. The large, quietly located garden, with many cozy seating options and the sheltered courtyard invites you to linger and relax. The train station is within a 5-minute walk. Upon request, we offer various artistic courses in the areas of drawing, glass, wood, and stone (from 5 participants).

The bags are available in two variants, each priced at 25 €:

Variant 1: 500 g fresh egg noodles, 400 g Bolognese in a jar, 200 g jam, one liter of juice, and 180 g jar of sausage.

Variant 2: 500 g fresh egg noodles, 380 g vegan Bolognese in a jar, 200 g jam, one liter of juice, and approximately 200 g grilled cheese tomato.
